Super Festival is a great show for a lot of reasons. Besides all the new toy releases (

Here's a look at some of those sides of SF 61.
First let's look at new T-shirts released by Bandai to coincide with the show's special guests:

It's hard to catch in this image, but the silver areas are covered with glittery metallic specs. Very cool. |

Tiger Seven |
More after the jump:

Mighty Jack |
One of the marquee guests was Mr. Nanjo Tatsuya, the lead actor in Henshin Ninja Arashi and Tiger Seven. He started with a talk show which lasted nearly an hour.

Part 2 of the transformation, with katana! |
After the talk show, there was an autograph session.
|
I was surprised at the variety of things people brought to get signed. This fan brought a fairly large S.I.C. boxed toy set. |
|
The session was very interesting compared to signings in the US. Nanjo-san previously signed a stack of boards, which were ready to go. Then, during the session, he added the person's name (if they wanted him to) and wrote other things (such as "Henshin Ninja Arashi") on the board. |
|
My signboard. In the center is Nanjo-san's autograph. On the right, he wrote "Henshin Ninja Arashi." |
Finally let's look at some of the dealer tables from the show:
We've got one more SF 61 post coming soon!
